I joined the United States Army at the age of 17 as an Airborne Infantry soldier. Upon my exit from the service, I continued my development and search for the perfect small business to start. Along the way, in this progression, I also worked with some incredible entrepreneurs and corporations. From a multi-million dollar lawn care business to Nexstar Broadcasting (NBC affiliate), I developed a deeper love with entrepreneurship and understood the hard skills of business like P&L, expense management, and contract negotiations.

This progression allowed me to develop the softer skills of people management, conflict resolution, and what great leadership looks like. I have successfully built one of the largest endurance coaching companies in the US. Currently, we have 12 coaches that service over 200 athletes a year which generates revenue through direct coaching, training camps, and consulting.
