Dr. Gill received her B.S. in Biology at The University of Alabama where she was a collegiate rower on the Alabama Crew Team. Following her undergraduate career, Dr. Gill enlisted in the United States Coast Guard serving as a pollution investigator then transitioned to law enforcement after the 9/11 attacks on the U.S. After serving, she knew that a profession that incorporated physical activity, wellness and healing was the best career choice for her.
She was accepted into the Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine. During her third clinical rotation, she was assigned to treat at TIRR Memorial Hermann in the neurological outpatient setting in Houston and was later hired on as the sole aquatic Physical Therapist at the time.
